AR Analyst

Job Responsibilities
-To validate customer payments
-To be able to do timely recording of customer set-up (e.g. daily)
-To post correct accounting entries
-To monitor collections of accounts receivable including PDC and manage the timely depositing of checks
-To Identify notes for correction
-To post approved adjusting entries
-To monitor deductions being taken by customers
-To prepare monthly schedules of identified accounts
-To investigate suppliers’ activities with the Company
-To conduct thorough review of liquidation of advances
-To propose correct accrual of expenses
-To ensure timely recording of all customers’ invoices and collections and other adjustments in accordance with the Company policy
-To maintain customers and third-party records intact and protect Company’s interest by keeping matters confidential
-To run, monitor and maintain sales and receivable summary/books monthly
-To send-out SOA as may deemed necessary
-To prepare data for tax filing as necessary
-To secure copies of BIR 2307 from customers
-To ensure compliance to tax rulings and recommend tax saving initiatives for sales transactions

Job Qualifications:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Taxation, audit skills, accounting standards knowledge
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
-Able to start immediately is a strong advantage
