• Attend hearings and prepare testimony on behalf of the corporation.
• Make sure that documents for case filing are correct.
• Draft legal correspondence like Affidavit of Service, Complaint Affidavit and Investigation Data Form, Judicial Affidavit
• Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney's review and case preparation.
• Help lawyers during trials by handling exhibits, taking notes or reviewing trial transcripts.
• Establish and maintain proper records of hearing schedules, files and legal status.
• Manage to compute restructuring and compromise agreements during hearings or even client visits.
• Monitor accounts through follow on calls under compromise agreement.
• Negotiate with clients for possible compromise agreement during hearing/ mediation.
• Field works from time to time when needed especially for special cases/ projects like skip tracing, high risk accounts, etc.
• Coordinate with office personnel.
