About the Role

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. It involves managing IT and cyber risks, working with stakeholders, and applying operational risk frameworks such as RCSA, KRI, and incident reporting. Proficiency in data analysis and risk management tools is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in IT risk management, information security, or IT governance, preferably in NBFIs or banks
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL frameworks
  • Familiarity with digital lending platforms, APIs, and third-party systems

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess technology and cyber risks across IT infrastructure, applications, networks, and digital lending platforms
  • Maintain the IT Risk Register and support IT Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA)
  • Monitor emerging technology risks (cloud, data privacy, AI/ML, open APIs)
  • Ensure implementation and monitoring of IT controls (access, change management, patching, backup, incident response)
  • Review control testing results and report gaps to IT leadership and Risk teams
  • Coordinate Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) reviews
  • Act as first point of contact for IT risk incidents, security breaches, and system outages
