Finishing Operator

Job Qualifications
1. At least high school graduate or took up vocational courses
2. With work experience in manufacturing / fabrication for at least 6 months
3. Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure
4. Willing to be relocated / work at Bacoor, Cavite

Title & Level Definition
1. Employee in this level completes some activities even without direction
2. Directly informing and reporting to Supervisor of potentially controversial matters and/or far-reaching implications pertinent to job-related matters
3. Works on developmental assignment that are routine and repetitive task
4. Accountable for non-compliance of assigned task

Operational Skills & Knowledge
1. Applies learning skills and knowledge with moderate level of guidance and direction
2. With on-going familiarization and improvements on works align with work procedures and techniques, tools, consumables, and/or equipment parts and settings to complete work assignment in due time
3. Performs finishing job routine and/or repetitive tasks such as sanding, grinding, thumbler, buffing, and circular brush operation
4. Can identify minor finishing works defects and resolve such issues concerned
5. With knowledge of tools and finishing equipment set-up and operation
6. Can lead and mentor new member of the team
7. Accountable for non-compliance of assigned tasks
8. Capable to be trained in other machine operator or department cross-training program

1. Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
2. Can determine work-related complex issue and explanation
3. Can accomplish effective work-related document statements and reports
4. Coordinate with Supervisor on overseeing daily activities and monitoring work progress status
