• Resolve customer complaints related to late deliveries, incorrect orders, or quality issues.
• Provide information on menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Process refunds, cancellations, or changes to existing orders.
• Coordinate with drivers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the order status in the system.


Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food delivery services and menu items is an advantage.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and order management software.
