Following security protocols to protect sensitive information during encoding processes.
Providing support and assistance to users or clients with encoding-related inquiries or issues.
Participating in training sessions or workshops to enhance encoding skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in encoding technologies and tools relevant to the position.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard encoding protocols and formats.
Prior experience in a similar role may be advantageous.
