HR Admin Specialist

Track employee training progress and performance
Coordinate training and professional development programs
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy
Conduct interview and on boarding process
Prepare reports, correspondence, and/or other documents
Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed
Identify and mitigate risks related to HR and administrative functions
Willing to visit 2 branches (BGC and Megamall)
Other related duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
COLLEGE GRADUATE/BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY, BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE, HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OR ANY RELATED COURSE
GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS BOTH WRITTEN AND ORAL
PROFICIENCY IN MS OFFICE (A MUST)
2 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND MULTI TASKING ABILITIES
ABILITY TO HANDLE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION W/INTEGRITY
