Job Description:
Next Health Diagnostics is seeking a skilled and dedicated 2D Echo Technician to join our dynamic team. As a 2D Echo Technician, you will play a crucial role in our healthcare services by conducting high-quality echocardiograms to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in echocardiography and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Perform cardiovascular procedures that use non-invasive devices, equipment’s and machines like ultrasound for Echocardiography and Vascular studies, Cardio graphic, and all cardiovascular station machines particularly for Echocardiography- Doppler.
•Perform initial reading prior to physician’s review and relays initial findings during emergency cases as needed. However, he or she shall not be expected to read official results and perform invasive procedures.
•Schedule appointments, take diagnosis notes, and update patients’ files.
•Operate testing equipment while explaining procedures to the patient to obtain cooperation and allay anxiety, monitor patients’ comfort and safety during tests, and alerts physicians to abnormalities or changes in patient responses.
•Perform cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic services like 2D-Echo with Doppler study, Electrocardiogram.
•Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols for echocardiography procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results.
•Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients undergoing echocardiography procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
•Continuing Education: Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography technology, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training programs.

QUALIFICATION:
•Allied Medical Licensed Talents are welcome to apply such as Registered Medical Technologist, and Registered Radiologic Technologist with 2D Echo Experience.
•Has the ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations.
•Can easily adapt to new environment and can deal with diverse personalities and situations.
•Preferably with at least 1 year experience in performing 2D Echo procedures.
