Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, authentication, and notarization of legal documents.

• Verify the identity of individuals involved in transactions, ensuring all necessary documentation is present.

• Ensure that all notarized documents comply with legal requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of notarizations and ensure proper filing of documents.

• Provide support to legal professionals in drafting, reviewing, and executing notarial documents.

• Liaise with clients to schedule notarial appointments and provide them with guidance on the notarization process.

• Assist in the management of legal files and records.

• Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and handling client inquiries.

• Stay updated on changes in notarial laws and regulations.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in legal studies or a related field preferred).

• Proven experience as a Notarial Clerk, Legal Assistant, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).

• In-depth knowledge of notarial procedures and legal documentation.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
