Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and assisting with government compliance, particularly with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions (payables, receivables, journal entries, etc.)

Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules as required

Ensure timely and accurate filing of BIR reports and returns (e.g., VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.)

Assist in preparation and reconciliation of financial statements

Monitor compliance with accounting policies and internal controls

Support in payroll processing and related government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Handle other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

With at least 1 year of accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong knowledge in BIR compliance are welcome to apply)

Knowledgeable in BIR processes, tax filings, and deadlines

Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision
