Who will be an excellent fit for this role?

A highly skilled IT Audit professional responsible for leading a dynamic team of
cybersecurity and assurance professionals in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients.
This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of
assurance and cybersecurity principles and best practices. The Director will play a crucial role in
developing and implementing engagement strategies, assessing risks, and ensuring the overall
quality of client work. We seek a self-starter and strong contributor unafraid to take the initiative.

What you will do in this role:

Leadership and Team Management:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the assurance services delivery team.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop cybersecurity professionals.
Client Engagement:
• Work with exciting clients and innovative technologies
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and industries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand client's needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Assurance Services Delivery:
• Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
• Plan and manage assurance projects with a heavy focus on quality assurance.
• Work on exciting projects in PCI DSS, SOC, HITRUST, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, CCPA, and more.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in matters related to cybersecurity and assurance.
Training and Compliance:
• Stay informed about relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Develop and lead training programs for service delivery teams.

What education and certification you will need:
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Preference for technical certifications including CISSP, PCI QSA, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead
Auditor, and similar
What experience is required
• Minimum of 10 years of experience delivering IT Audit and cybersecurity in a professional
services environment.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams.
