Customer Service Represetative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and support our local healthcare insurance account. The ideal candidate must be able to provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and concerns, and assist customers with their insurance-related needs. This role involves engaging with clients to ensure their satisfaction and providing accurate information about healthcare insurance plans and coverage.

- At least 6 months of hands-on experience handling HMOs.
OR
- If no HMO work experience, a minimum of 2 years of college education in any MEDICAL ALLIED course (e.g., BS Nursing, BS Psych, MedTech, RadTech, Physical Therapist, Caregiver, Midwife, etc.).
- Ability and willingness to work ON-SITE in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
- No BPO experience required.
