Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret project briefs and propose creative design solutions
• Develop mood boards that effectively communicate visual direction
• Conceptualize innovative layouts and designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure all creative outputs meet high standards of accuracy and consistency
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and teammates for feedback and revisions
• Incorporate changes based on client input to finalize designs
• Organize and archive project files according to internal standards
• Maintain clear communication with clients, the art director, and fellow designers
• Log project hours and attend required meetings and briefings

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related discipline (exceptions may be made for formal design training post-secondary school)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in layout and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Blender, and other motion design tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Web/HTML/Motion Graphics and web design tools is advantageous
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Experience with Premiere Pro and other CC tools is beneficial
