Refunds Specialist
Salary: PHP21000/month

Location: Ayala, Makati City

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Refunds Specialist to join our team. The role involves processing and managing customer refunds, resolving refund-related queries, and ensuring accurate and timely refund processing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high level of attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role within a BPO environment is preferred.

Qualifications:
- With 1-2 years of experience in a BPO environment
- At least 1 year of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Experience
- Open to fresh graduates (Graduate of finance and accounting (courses)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Amenable to work onsite - Ayala, Makati City
