Job Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology
With at least 2 years working experience as HR Supervisor in a construction company is a plus
Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
Can attend face to face interview
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Handle employee benefits and compensation.
In charge of both manual and system-based payroll computation
Process a new hire's ATM card through the bank.
Knowledge of how holiday and overtime pay are calculated.
Oversee the hiring and choosing procedure.
Prepare all required paperwork, including job offers. Keeping up with the manpower list and 201 files.
Process worker benefits mandated by the government.
Keeps records of human resources
Orient brand-new workers
Oversee the process of resignation.
Make, amend, review, and enhance employee handbooks and HR policies.
Other tasks maybe assigned by immediate superior
