Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field
- No experience required – fresh grads are welcome
- Excellent written communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Willing to work on-site

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle non-voice tasks such as data entry, email handling, and transaction processing
- Coordinate shipping and logistics documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer and partner information
- Support internal teams with reporting and logistics updates
