About the Opportunity:
NeksJob is collaborating with a leading client dedicated to delivering enterprise-level technology and business solutions. We’re seeking a Security Engineer who will leverage network security management skills to protect critical business systems, data, and infrastructure from cyber threats.

The Work:
As a Security Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the security of enterprise systems, applications, data, and infrastructure. You’ll implement robust security measures, conduct risk assessments, and safeguard business processes, collaborating across teams to maintain a secure environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), driving team performance and delivering security initiatives.
- Lead team-level decision-making, ensuring timely and efficient project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and implement proactive security solutions.
- Continuously monitor network activity for security breaches and investigate any incidents.
- Implement and maintain network security measures, protocols, and technologies.
- Analyze security logs, interpret events, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay informed about the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices.

What You’ll Need:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Network Security Management.
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols, security technologies, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience in firewall configuration, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
- Familiarity with security assessment tools, audit processes, and techniques.
- Strong ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and interpret security events.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Security Management.
- This role is based in Manila.
