CCNA Certified is a must
Avaya Certified and CCNP Certified is advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to lead and/or supervise a team.
Proven technical competence in the field of IT Networks: Wired (copper and cable) and Wireless and/or Telephony
Experience in vendor-contractor support procedures.
