Team Leader / Associate TL - 8 Available Seats

Location: Makati City
Schedule: Graveyard Shift
Set up: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH, possibly full onsite during the training period)
Salary: 50,000 to 60,000

Qualifications:

• Graduate of business administration/management, accounting or other related disciplines. (Highly Preferred)
• 3-5 years customer service, benefits administration, payroll, HR or related experience. (Required / Highly Preferred)
• 2 -3 years SME, mentor or supervisory experience (Required)
• Working knowledge of payroll and benefit administration is helpful. (Highly Preferred)

Additional Qualifications:

• Preferred industry – BPO companies
• Strong coaching experience, concrete experience in talent building/development
• Implementation background, project management
• Experience handling accounts like telco, helpdesk, benefits, payroll and HR benefits administration
