Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies for online advertising campaigns to achieve optimal performance and ROI.
2. Lead and manage the daily operations of the online advertising team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
3. Utilize various technologies and systems to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including media buy, studio, IT, etc. to align advertising efforts and achieve organizational objectives.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance advertising effectiveness.
6. Implement and optimize the use of advertising platforms and tools to support campaign execution.
7. Establish and refine operational processes and procedures to streamline advertising operations and improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
