Security Personnel

* Ensure that all incoming/outgoing employees’ shall be subject for inspection (e.g bags, motorcycles’ and cars etc.)
visual search only.
* Ensure all visitors with hand carried items shall pass through inspection and/ or through metal detector.
* Ensure that no equipment, office furnitures, machine supplies, etc. shall be brought out the premises without an
approved material pass.
* Ensure that food vendors are strictly prohibited to go inside the company premises.
* Ensure that visitors are in the waiting area.
* Ensure Parking of vehicles should park in the designated parking area.
* Maintain log books to monitor ongoing and outgoing of employees’
* Maintain log books to record time in and out of visitors, purpose of visit and persons’ to be visited.
* Ensure that visitors must be guided to the place/ office to be visited, for easy monitoring of the movement.
* Any unusual incident within the area of responsibility must be reported to HRD.
* Ensure that visitors are scheduled for appointments before you allow to go inside the company premises.
* Report all incidents happen inside the company premises.
* Other Task as required.
