JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree related to Human Resource Management or Psychology

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, maintain, evaluate and improve employee handbooks and HR regulations..
Resolve employee concerns, provide input to top management, handle disagreements, and collect reports by completing forms, required documentation, and records.
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Processing system-based software benefits and compensation for employees.
Maintaining documentation in human resources about new hires, transfers, firings, changes to job classifications, and merit raises
In charge of payroll computation
