We are currently seeking a talented and skilled professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This direct-hire job is located in Bacoor City, Cavite.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be directly reporting to the CEO & President as his Secretary. This role encompasses managing schedules, administrative tasks, purchases, and payments. Additionally, it involves overseeing personal properties, drafting documents, assisting in events, managing client relationships, processing sales orders, and conducting telemarketing.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any IT related course
With experience in the same field
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Tech-Savvy
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially in Excel)
With pleasing appearance and personality
