Job Responsibilities:
- Generate sales revenue by prospecting and securing new customers in the B2C.
- Manage accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and tailor recommendations.
- Present and promote product knowledge and features; provide basic training to customer personnel.
- Manage sales reporting, administrative tasks, the collection of dues, and CRM records.
- Identify and pursue market and growth opportunities through strategic prospecting.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing plans and strategies efficiently.
Job Qualifications:
- Preferably with a bachelor's degree
- At least a 1 year of sales experience or industry experience.
- Product or Industry knowledge is a plus, preferably from Construction, Automotive, Mining, Oil & Gas industries
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytic, negotiating, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and customer-centric who can work independently
- MS Office and CRM software proficiency
- Willingness to travel extensively on areas to be assigned by the company.
