Position: Shopify Manager
Number of hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: AZ Time


Tasks required:
Create and optimize product listings to enhance product visibility and search engine ranking
Manage product inventory and update product information accurately
Handle product images and descriptions to ensure a consistent and engaging shopping experience
Process orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely deliveries
Manage shipping costs and track shipments to provide order status updates to customers
Handle returns and exchanges promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service via email, live chat, or phone to enhance customer satisfaction
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction levels to maintain a positive brand reputation
Craft and send targeted email campaigns to promote products, offer discounts and nurture customer relationships
Create and manage email lists to segment customers and send personalized emails
Analyze email marketing data to track campaign performance and optimize strategies
Optimize website content and meta descriptions to improve search engine ranking
Build backlinks to enhance website authority and visibility in search results
Monitor website performance and make adjustments to improve user experience and increase conversions
Manage customer data and maintain accurate records
Maintain an organized database of digital files and documents
Handle scheduling, invoicing and other administrative tasks to streamline business operations
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Shopify Manager or a relevant role is required
Must have experience in email marketing and marketing automation software
Familiarity with various SEO platforms is a must
Proficiency in using order fulfillment tools and E-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, is a must
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Knows how to craft responses and do meaningful conversations
Excellent time management skills
Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision
