Qualifications

✨Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage.

✨At least 10–15 years of experience in retail sales management, with 5+ years at a senior leadership or executive level.

Job Description / Responsibilities

✨Develop and implement long-term retail sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.

✨Oversee nationwide retail operations, ensuring consistent store performance, operational efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience.

✨Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support data-driven strategic decision-making.

✨Identify new business opportunities, retail formats, and market expansion initiatives to strengthen market presence.

✨Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, distributors, and corporate accounts.

✨Drive continuous improvement in store processes, merchandising strategies, and sales programs to maximize performance.

✨Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize retail execution and alignment.

✨Establish, track, and analyze KPIs and sales metrics to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.

✨Mentor, coach, and develop the retail sales leadership team to foster a high-performing, results-driven organization.

✨Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging retail technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
