Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Campaign Manager with proven experience in the casino industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Facebook ad campaigns that drive results. You will collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad creatives and conduct in-depth audience research to effectively target your campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Facebook ad campaigns tailored to the casino industry.
• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives and copy that resonate with casino audiences.
• Audience Research: Conduct thorough audience research to ensure ads are effectively targeted, leveraging insights from the casino industry.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest Facebook advertising trends, especially those relevant to the casino sector, and implement best practices.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Industry Experience: Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns, specifically within the casino industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with creative and other cross-functional teams.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills to address unique challenges in the casino advertising space.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
• Direct experience with casino marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to casino advertising.
• A track record of successful ad campaigns that have significantly contributed to revenue growth in the casino industry.
