Budget: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 gross monthly salary Location: Hana Sales Pavilion (Cabuyao, Laguna)
Reporting to: Marketing Head

Responsibilities:
Ensure the presentability and maintenance of the sales pavilion
Prepare the necessary reports on the maintenance of the sales pavilion, such as but not limited to the site visits, inventory supply and the attendance of maintenance personnel
Prepare the necessary purchase requests for supplies needed for the maintenance of the sales pavilion
Assist guests/visitors of the sales pavilion and ensure that they have a comfortable experience
Assist the in-house sellers in providing sample computations, marketing collaterals and other pertinent sales and presentation documents
Assist the brokers, who visit the sales pavilion, by providing sample computations, marketing collaterals and other pertinent sales and presentation documents
Assist in the completion of buyer requirements (pre and post sale)
Prepare the necessary reports on the completion of sales and transfer documents
Assist in the preparation of events at the sales pavilion
