Laboratory Technician

- Conduct various tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products in the laboratory.

- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results.

- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for testing purposes.

- Analyze and interpret test results while accurately documenting findings.

- Follow safety protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.

- Perform routine calibrations and quality control checks on lab equipment.

- Assist in developing and validating new testing procedures.

- Maintain precise records of all lab activities, results, and supplies.

- Monitor and manage lab supplies, ordering when necessary.

- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from procedures.

- Contribute to improving lab processes and procedures continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician in a manufacturing or research environment. But fresh graduates are welcome.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a laboratory setting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with colleagues.
- Understanding of PEZA regulations related to laboratory practices is a plus.
- Willing to work in CABUYAO, LAGUNA.
