Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our Property Insurance Non-Voice Account at Everise Cubao – Araneta, you will handle written customer inquiries via chat or email. Your role is to provide timely, accurate, and professional responses to customer questions about property insurance policies, claims, and account details. You will help resolve issues, process requests, and ensure every customer receives excellent service.

This is a great opportunity for college graduates with no prior BPO experience or Senior High School / High School (old curriculum) graduates with at least 6 months of international BPO experience. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this specialized non-voice role.


Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through email or chat in a professional manner

Provide accurate information regarding property insurance policies, billing, and claims

Process account updates and handle customer requests efficiently

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

Work with your team and leaders to achieve performance targets

Ensure excellent customer service in every written communication

Qualifications

For College Graduates: No BPO experience required

For SHS/HS Graduates (old curriculum): At least 6 months of international BPO experience required

Good English communication skills (written is essential for non-voice)

Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask across systems

Willing to work onsite at Everise Cubao – Araneta, Quezon City

Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required
