1. Responsible for supervising permits and licenses unit overseeing permits, clearances, and licenses from various government offices relative to the company's development projects.
2. Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies like LGU, BIR, ROD, BUSECO, MFWD, DHSUD, Pag-IBIG Fund, and developer on relevant matters
3. Facilitate filling applications with the DHSUD to secure a License to sell, Development permit, and other clearances.
4. Ensure timely submission of status reports on title transfer and other transactions handled
