Role: External Cladding Estimator
Location: Remote based in the Philippines

We’re hiring an experienced External Cladding Estimator to join our growing construction team
This is a full-time, long-term offshore role for an Australian company.

What You’ll Do

Perform area take-offs from commercial construction plans
Use Bluebeam Software (mandatory) to complete quantity surveys and estimations
Work on external cladding projects across medium-to-large commercial builds
Provide detailed cost breakdowns, measurements, and reports
Troubleshoot construction and IT-related issues independently

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in construction estimating (external cladding preferred)
Strong Quantity Surveyor background or similar
Hands-on knowledge of Bluebeam Software (non-negotiable)
Excellent problem-solving skills with both construction + IT know-how
Ability to read and interpret complex commercial building plans
Highly detail-oriented and accurate under deadlines

Tech Requirements

Own computer/laptop capable of running estimating software
Fast and stable internet connection
Back-up power and internet solutions (non-negotiable for reliability)
