QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably as a Multimedia Designer or similar role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a design team.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator required; After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva a plus).
• Skilled in creating multimedia content across multiple platforms and mediums.
• Solid understanding of branding, with a track record of delivering high-quality, consistent designs under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and collaboration tools like Google Drive and ClickUp.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and mentor a team of multimedia designers, overseeing workflows, SOPs, recruitment, and professional development.
• Provide creative direction for multimedia campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end content development including design, illustration, editing, and animation with consistent quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-informed creative strategies.
• Review and approve all creative output, ensuring brand consistency across digital and offline channels.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and modern design tools; stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Lead creative pitches and client presentations, effectively articulating design rationale and solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
