TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for a Procurement Specialist.

About the Role
Our Company is presently looking for a Procurement Specialist who will manage the sourcing, negotiation, and purchase of
products and services for our organization to meet its operational needs. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for strategic
planning, adept in handling business purchase requirements, and committed in establishing and maintaining productive
vendor relationships.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, logistics, supply management, or related field
• With at least two (2) years previous experience in procurement or relevant role
• Good working knowledge of, and ability to devise and implement, procurement strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application software, purchasing, and resource planning systems
• Ability to travel on business or as required by the role
•Must be willing to work on site in Rizal on a daytime shift

Responsibilities and Duties
• Manage suppliers and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, including monitoring supplier performance,
inspection and evaluation of the quality of purchased items, and resolving issues and concerns
• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers and maintain a supplier database, including updating information, such
as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, prices, etc.
• Oversee the purchasing activities of the Company, including monitoring and supervising the Company asset inventory,
as prepared by the Property Custodian
• Prepare budgets and cost analyses in coordination with the Accounting Team
• Make product recommendations and provide executive summaries to the General Manager
• Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics under the supervision of the Company Lawyer
• Ensure compliance with company rules, contracts, and agreements under the supervision of the Company Lawyer
• Analyze industry and demand trends, and support senior management with the development and implementation of
sourcing strategies
