We are hiring for a QA/QC Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor

Qualifications:

- Graduate of any Engineering course/program or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in inspecting incoming raw materials, evaluating their quality, and ensuring compliance with material specifications and industry standards.
- Proven experience in conducting internal quality audits and supporting external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements relevant to quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing supplier audits, evaluating supplier performance, and working closely with suppliers to ensure material quality standards are met consistently.
- Practical experience in conducting environmental surveys, ensuring compliance with workplace environment standards, and preparing detailed reports on environmental findings.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in leading a team of QA/QC professionals.
- Experience in handling quality control documentation.
- Proven ability to identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformities, ensuring the continued improvement of quality control processes.
