9. Bag items carefully

11. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

12. Keep reports of transactions

13. Process returns and check to see if items are damaged

14. Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue

15. Bag, box, or wrap packages

16. Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
