We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Virtual Executive Assistant who can support day-to-day executive operations and help keep priorities on track. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with reports, presentations, and basic data tracking
  • Organize documents, files, and executive records
  • Support ad hoc tasks, projects, and executive priorities as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Open to fresh graduates).
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or similar tools

SALARY: ₱18,000–₱22,000 per month

WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP

  • Employment Type: Contractual
  • Contract Term: 6 months (renewable based on performance and business needs)
  • Work Setup: Remote
  • 5 working days per week with 2 rest days
  • 8 working hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Schedule may vary depending on business needs
  • Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
