MEDICAL RECORDS REVIEW =Responsible for abstracting medical data into electronic health record Responsible for reviewing physician notation, diagnostics, and other medical documentation in an EMR system Responsible to register electronic health information into the EMR Uphold and protect PHIs DIAGNOSIS CODING & PROCEDURE CODING
