Citrix Administrator(Hybrid)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Citrix Administrator to manage and maintain our Citrix infrastructure. The role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our Citrix environment, while providing support for end-users. You will collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues, implement updates, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Citrix environments (e.g., XenApp, XenDesktop).
Monitor system performance and resolve any issues to ensure high availability.
Implement updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain system integrity.
Provide technical support for Citrix-related issues.
Ensure security and compliance standards are upheld within the Citrix environment.
Document processes, configurations, and system changes.
Assist in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Citrix environments.
Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Familiarity with Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and networking concepts.
Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Citrix certifications (e.g., CCA-V) are a plus.
