We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Multimedia Specialist. The ideal candidate possess a deep understanding of rendering techniques, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, expertise in web scripting and Square Space, and a strong knack for organizing files on servers. This role will involve assisting two supervisors in the preparation of website content and multimedia data, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced knowledge of rendering techniques to enhance visual content and graphics for various multimedia projects.
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro to create captivating multimedia assets.
- Implement web scripts and manage content on SquareSpace platform to ensure a seamless user experience on our website.
- Maintain meticulous organization of files on servers, ensuring easy access and retrieval of multimedia assets for team members.
- Collaborate closely with executives to prepare website content, multimedia presentations, and marketing materials, meeting project deadlines and adhering to brand guidelines.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Earth and video editing software to create engaging visual content for presentations and promotional materials.
- Utilize strong research skills to gather and compile online data for various research projects, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Media Management, Website Design, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related fields.
- Extensive knowledge of rendering techniques and principles, with a portfolio showcasing previous work in multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and web scripting languages.
- Experience working with Squarespace or similar web development platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage files on servers effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with supervisors and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with Google Earth and video editing software preferred.
- Proven ability to conduct online research and gather data efficiently.
