To enhance the organization's visual presence and brand identity by leveraging their expertise in video editing, graphic design, videography. Multimedia Specialist create engaging multimedia content that effectively communicates the company's message across digital platforms, collaborating with the digital team and ensuring brand consistency. The Multimedia Specialist contributes to the company's growth and success by delivering high-quality visual material that captivate and achieve communication and marketing objectives.

JOB OBJECTIVES

1. To create visually compelling and engaging videos that aims to capture footage that effectively communicates the intended message, captures the audience's attention.
2. To showcase products, services, or events offered by a company. Presenting offering in a visually appealing and informative manner, highlighting their key features, benefits and unique selling points.
3. To shape and enhance a brand's identity form creating videos that align with the brand's visual style and message, effectively conveying it's values, mission, and personality to the target audience.
4. To produce promotional videos that aim to generate interest, raise awareness, and drive engagement with a company product, or campaign.
5. To skillfully edit ang enhance video footage during the post-production phase that aims to create a polished final product by selecting the best shots, adding transition, effects, graphics, and audio elements, and ensuring a seamless flow that aligns with the intended message and desired impact.
6. To meet technical standards and requirements, such as resolution, aspect ratio, and file formats to ensure that the final videos are compatible with various platforms, devices and distribution channels, allowing for optimal viewing experience.
7. To maintain effective communication, provide updates and progress report, and incorporate feedback and revisions to deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLE

1. Seek feedbacks and stay open to hearing our comments and suggestions. Learning and applying new tools, techniques and further enhance skills to stay ahead in industry.
2. Create and edit videos to produce polished and engaging visual content.
3. Develop visually appealing graphic designs for various digital platforms.
4. Capture high-quality photographs for product shoots, events, and assignments.
5. Plan, shoot, and direct videos for different projects and purpose.
6. Responsible to understand the video requirements, objectives, and timeless.
7. Collaborate with the digital team to develop and execute multimedia strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives. Contribute to the development and implementation of multimedia strategies and campaigns.
8. Responsible for managing their time effectively to meet project deadlines. Must have excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver videos on time without compromising quality.
9. Perform quality control checks on the final video output to ensure that it meets the desired standards of visual and audio quality. They review videos for consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines or project specifications before final delivery.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production.
11. Follow company guidelines, event protocols, legal regulations, and broadcasting standards to maintain professionalism and ensure compliance.
