Job Overview:
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in either sales or recruitment. If you’re a strong communicator, results-driven, and eager to grow in the recruitment field—this is your chance to build a rewarding career with us

What You’ll Do:

Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools

Conduct initial interviews and assessments

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple roles

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Meet recruitment targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and results-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote setup
Bachelor’s Degree holder (preferred, but not required)
Familiarity with job boards, social media, and sourcing techniques is a plus
