Salary - up to 70,000
Location - WFH but must be available for meetings in Pasig/Makati/BGC area when needed. Must be willing to accept Face-to-Face work when needed as well.
Work Schedule - Regular: Monday-Friday 9-6pm

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinements.
• Lead project onboarding sessions and kickoff meetings.
• Coordinate with the lead producer and clients to report on project status.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects at once.
• Communicate with team leads to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Adjust and revise production timelines when issues arise.
• Estimate manpower needs and nominate team members for projects.
• Delegate tasks and help unblock team members during production.
• Recommend relevant training programs for team development.
• Assess employee performance and assist with goal setting.
• Create and manage character content and project tickets using JIRA.
• Maintain project documentation and produce biweekly production reports.
• Review client contracts, outline key points, and collaborate with the production team.
• Ensure all resources and team members are compliant with project standards.
• Coach and mentor Associate Producers and new Producer hires.

Requirements:
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Free-to-Play games.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Game Producer or Associate Producer.
• Shipped multiple high-quality video game titles in a producer role.
• Proficient with Atlassian tools and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead development teams.
• Effective collaborator with all disciplines, including programming, art, design, and sound.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring team members at all levels.

Pluses:
• Familiar with Agile development practices and SCRUM methodology.
• Able to read and create queries in analytics systems.
• Personal experience developing your own games as a hobby.
• Passionate about console and PC gaming.
• Basic understanding of Unity.
• Possess a higher education degree.
