As a Car Rental Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients while managing the rental process from start to finish. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles, processing rentals, handling returns, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Qualifications:
• College Graduates
• 2-year Vocational Course Graduates
• Undergraduates that have at least completed 60 units in college
• Senior High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience
• High School Graduates with at least 6 months of continuous call center experience
• Willing to work on holidays and weekends
• Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with their rental inquiries and reservations.
Provide information about available vehicles, rental policies, and pricing.
Process rental agreements, including paperwork and payment transactions.
Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before and after rentals.
Coordinate vehicle availability and manage fleet inventory.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and customer interactions.
Promote additional services, such as insurance and upgrades, to enhance customer experience.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including phone calls and emails.
