Paralegal Officer

Responsible in providing general assistance to the Corporate Brand Protection Manager and RASD Head in securing protection to the company's brand and intellectual property rights in the regional operations.

*Investigate unauthorized uses of the company's brand in the market, determine violation of Patent, Copyright and Trademark Laws in
coordination with Corporate Brand Protection Services and other law enforcement agencies to prosecute when necessary.
*Coordinate with Legal Retainers/Lawyers to facilitate evaluation of legal services, as well as monitoring of status for cases they
concurrently handle in the Region.
*Assist in ensuring implementation of the company policies, security and safety rules and regulations and all government mandated
circulars in accordance to the existing laws in the Philippines necessary in the Plants, Sales Centers and the overall regional business
