Online English Teacher

Responsibilities:
-Teach a full course load for 25 minutes or the duration designated by the Company and follow the lesson material guided by the protocol and lesson plan provided by the company/client.
Deliver engaging and effective online English language instruction to students of all ages and levels
Create and implement lesson plans that align with student needs and learning objectives
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their progress and areas for improvement
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and improve curriculum and teaching materials
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest ESL teaching methodologies and technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
With or Without experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to be trained
