Urban Blight Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

Utility Attachment Management Urban Blight Coordinator addresses all of the business unit's client/s' concerns regarding special projects related to maintenance activities. He/ She monitors and updates all areas concerned within Meralco franchise. He/ She enlightens the clients about the services and procedures provided by the team and coordinating their requests and issues with the business unit's management and concerned department.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Complies with proper operating procedures of safety and health standards/regulations.
 Supports and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their job.
 Adheres to Policies/Procedure, Employee Code of Ethics and Conduct, and Corporate Governance.
 Protects intellectual property, company proprietary and confidential information
 Understand client/s' demands and coordinates them to concerned UAM department
 Attend to client's complains and develops a plan to resolve the issue/s promptly and effectively
 Interacts and manages good relationships with key suppliers and partners
 Prepares variety of documents and materials for discussion and presentation within MIESCOR management, clients and business partners
 Prepares agenda and collect materials for meetings, records, and track discussions/agreements during meetings
 Lead and collaborate with internal departments on all Urban Blight Program Activities
 Attend coordination meeting with LGUs, Sectors and other external clients
 Monitor and document VIP referrals and other Special Handling activities.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCES
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial, Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferably a licensed Engineer.
- At least with two (1) years related working experience.
