PC (Production Planner)
1. Develop a production plan
Including the production of the production list and each printing machine, surface treatment, mounting pit list, automatic die cut list, sticky box list.
2. Control production schedule
After making the production plan daily, it is necessary to follow up the production progress in the production at any time, check whether each production process has arranged according to the specified production time period, and check whether there is any production abnormality in each production process at any time, including the abnormality in production schedule and production quality, because the abnormality in production quality can also affect the production progress. Report any abnormalities and follow up on solutions and results.
3. Monitor material schedule
Timely follow up the delivery of materials to the factory according to the delivery schedule of each work order and production scheduling, and confirm the delivery schedule of materials with purchasing before scheduling meeting at 4pm every day, to make production plan more precise and accurate.
4. Analytical capacity load
Production capacity is the capacity of the machine, that is, the amount of work that a machine can complete per hour. As a qualified production planner, it must be very clear to understand the production capacity of each machine, so as to make production plans more accurately.
5. Production data statistics
Make statistics of the production data of each process at any time, so that you can analyze whether the production capacity of each process is up to the standard and whether the production is achieved as planned. What are the reasons for excessive production? What is the reason why the production plan has not been fulfilled? Which abnormalities need to be analyzed and improved by the production department in a timely manner.
6. Abnormal coordination of production
In the production process, a variety of abnormalities will not occur, such as machine failure, quality problems, poor incoming materials, captain's leave and other abnormalities. Generally, the factors that affect the normal operation of our production are mainly four factors: people, machines, materials and methods.
7. Hold regular production meetings
At present, we are scheduled to hold a production progress meeting every afternoon, mainly according to the delivery plan issued by the delivery department, formulate a production plan and schedule and confirm the production progress of each material with the production department. This meeting is very important, through this meeting we can know whether there is any abnormality in the shipment plan for the night and the next day, and where is the abnormality? and report and solve it in a timely manner.
8. Follow up the order delivery time
Confirm the delivery date of the received work order, and reply to the merchandiser in a timely manner for the accurate delivery date. When the planned completion time does not meet the customer's needs, we must carefully analyze it, what is the problem? How to remedy? How to improve? Can the delivery date be met after the remediation? What should we do if we can't do it? Once the delivery date is replied, it is necessary to follow up to ensure that the shipment is delivered on time according to the delivery date.
9. External processing management
Outsourcing processing resources assessment and capacity building, outsourcing order delivery follow-up, outsourcing processing reconciliation
10. Other matters arranged by the leader
