JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are a team of Amazon experts who have been helping brands build their Amazon
presence for over 10 years, with a passion for delivering enterprise-level solutions for our partners.
We are looking for an exceptionally creative Senior Graphic Designer to create visually
compelling content on Amazon, such as listings, A+ Premium content, brand storytelling, and store
design. (No previous Amazon design experience needed)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Determine what brand assets are available
● Coordinate with team leaders on A+ design layouts
● Coordinate with the SEO team on content
● Create an A+ according to instructions, once the design is approved
● Edit product and lifestyle images in Photoshop to highlight specific features
● Professional photo editing
● Development of creative briefs
● Editorial design for advertising
● Generate clear ideas and concepts together with the work team
● Branding
QUALIFICATIONS:
● University Degree specializing in Graphic Design
● 2-3 years of experience as a designer
● Master Adobe Creative Suite at an advanced level: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe After
Effects, and Premiere.
● Experience designing in Shopify, while not necessary, will be an added benefit
● Knowledge of 3D programs is a plus, but not required
● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, A+ Content, and/or website design is a plus.
● Willing to start as soon as possible
● Willing to work on-site at night shift schedule

Rank and File positions:
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Must be a team player
- If with experience, must not be a hopper (with less than a year tenure per employment)
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- If the candidate is an undergraduate, they must have solid work experience for at least 2 years
- Willing to work on-site at night shift schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and during PH Holidays
- Willing to commit to work and stay with us for 2-3 years

Managerial/Supervisory level positions:
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related courses or Statistics
- With at least 2 years of straight experience aligned to a managerial position
- With advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
