The Work:
As a Program/Project Management Lead, you'll drive cross-functional collaboration, deliver on commitments, and align technical and business goals. You'll utilize standard frameworks and tools to monitor outcomes, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding and managing teams to achieve excellence.
- Make key team decisions, balancing priorities and timelines.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making across teams.
- Lead business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
- Utilize standard project management tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service-level agreements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
- Regularly communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across departments.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, quality standards, and compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, sharing insights, lessons, and best practices with your team.

What You’ll Need:
- Required Skill: Proficiency in service Level Management.
- Good to Have: Knowledge of Telecommunications Billing, UNIX Shell Scripting, and Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of program and project management principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
